Demo & Consultation Fee Policy
The $150 Demo & Consultation Fee is required to reserve your appointment. If you enter into an FC Collects Merchant Agreement, the full $150 will be credited toward your initial payment. If you do not proceed with an agreement, the demo fee is non-refundable.
What the fee reserves
The $150 Demo & Consultation Fee reserves a 60-minute personalized session with the FC Collects team at the date and time you select. Your appointment is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
Credit toward a Merchant Agreement
If you enter into an FC Collects Merchant Agreement, the full $150 is credited toward your initial payment.
If you do not proceed
If you do not proceed with an FC Collects Merchant Agreement, the demo fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations and missed appointments
The fee remains non-refundable if you cancel the appointment or do not attend. Refunds are not issued automatically.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment at no additional charge. Your original payment stays attached to the appointment; no second charge is created.
If FC Collects needs to reschedule
If FC Collects cannot hold a scheduled appointment, we will contact you to arrange a new time. Those cases are handled individually and are not treated as a merchant cancellation.
